The Membership Experience™ is my signature 8-week membership building digital course.

The Membership Experience™ Plus (TME+) is an online membership for The Membership Experience™ students and Alumni (includes the program formerly known as the TRIBE Experience). TME+ members get continued support from me and our team all year long as well as a private community and other monthly deliverables listed above.

Do I still have access to The Membership Experience™ 2022 Facebook Group?
The Membership Experience™ 2022 Facebook group (for the digital course) will be archived on Wednesday, July 13, 2022

Students will still be able to access the content within the group, but not be able to post or comment in the group. All students will be granted access to our free membership & subscription community Facebook group. 

TME+ members will get access to a private Facebook group as part of the membership.
Do I still have access to The Membership Experience™ 2022?
Yes, if you purchased The Membership Experience™ this year (as a new student or Alumni), you will continue to have access to your version of The Membership Experience™ (formerly the TRIBE Experience) course content and bonuses for as long as we are in business.
Will I get access to Stu in TME+?

What are my payment options for TME+?
You can join the membership for $197 per month. Or, there is an annual option where you can pay in full and save $600. The pay in full option equals about $147 per month. For any additional questions around payment, please contact help@membership.site
How long is the commitment to TME+?
The way to get the most out of The Membership Experience™ 2022 Plus (TME+) is to give yourself a year. Successful membership aren't built overnight. They take time. And if you're committed to yourself and your membership business, then we recommend at least a year.

This is an ongoing commitment, but if something comes up or you find that TME+ isn’t right for you, that’s OK. If you’re confident that you’d like to cancel your membership, just submit a request to our team at help@membership.site

Please carefully read the cancellation policy below as it pertains to our monthly and annual plans.
What’s the cancellation policy for TME+?
For the annual subscription we offer a 14-day money back guarantee. This means you can save $600 on your annual subscription and have until July 27, 2022 at 11:59 PM PT to request a cancellation, which will result in a refund. After that date you can email help@membership.site to request a cancellation of your annual renewal the following year, but there will be no refund or prorated refund for your annual fee.

To cancel your monthly subscription just make the request at least 1 day before your next billing cycle and your access to the content and community will be revoked on your next billing date and no further fee will be collected.
What does it mean to be a “member in good standing?”
A member in good standing means that you’re a current, contributing, and paying member of The Membership Experience™ 2022 Plus (TME+) on a monthly or annual basis. This also means that you have successfully completed all of your payments for The Membership Experience™ course.
How long do I retain access to TME+ content (i.e., membership content)?
Access to content is based on your membership status. If you are a member in good standing, you have access to the content and the membership benefits. If you decide to cancel, you would then lose access to the content and all the benefits that come with being a member.
As a member of TME+, do I get access the latest version of The Membership Experience™ course?
Access to the course is one of the bonus membership benefits of TME+.

In order to get access to the latest version of The Membership Experience™ course, you have to be a member in good standing for at least 12 months or you’ve paid for a minimum of a one year annual subscription.

If you are on a monthly plan, and cancel before 12 months, you will not receive access to the latest version The Membership Experience™ course.
When is The Membership Experience™ course happening next?
We have not yet confirmed dates for The Membership Experience™. That said, as long as you remain a member in good standing (see description above), you will get access to the latest version of the digital course, including any live components such as Q&As, brainstorm sessions, office hours, mentors, etc.
